Family Hotel Nadejda Bansko exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location of this hotel is ideal; it's conveniently situated on the border of the old town and just a short distance from the gondola. This made it super easy for me to explore the charming old town and indulge in some skiing without any hassle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was accommodating my request for an early breakfast or assisting with arranging airport transfers, they were always ready to lend a hand. Finally, the basic amenities in the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a day on the slopes, and the WiFi connection was reliable. Moreover, the rooms had a beautiful view of the mountains, which was a nice touch. And let's not forget about the breakfast - the crepes were absolutely delicious, and the homemade jam added a delightful touch of flavor. All in all, I had a fantastic time at this hotel.
